Wheres Scaly Gilman?

So I went to Gullet to defeat Scaly Gilman with Lucky Jack Russel for the quest "Bob's you're uncle" but Scaly Gilman was not there!

Is this a bug?

Has this happened to anyone ells?

I will post a picture here.

Okay, I think I should tell you that the next day I started playing, Scaly Gilman appeared in his hide out!

I think what happened was that I did not wake up my Lucky Jack Russel after he was last defeated and so Gilman did not appear, I do not know why but it seems like it.

I do not know if it was intended that Jack Russel must be awake for Gilman to appear but as I said it seems like it.

I'm sorry about the screen shot I posted but that was mainly for you guys at Kingsisle.
