About the echo reverbs in certain quests

It has come to my attention that the echo reverbs in select cave and/or sewer areas in the game only applies to certain main storyline quests, both current and new, not side quests, promotion quests and Trainer quests. Would you please apply the echo reverb to certain side, promotion, and Trainer quests? Thanks!
