Add a Pirate101 "Grand Bazaar"

I don't know if anyone else has talked about this but I believe its a good idea. In Wizard101 there is a Grand Bazaar and I want Pirate101 to add one. It will help the flow of goods and other items. It should be put in Skull Island (obviously).
