Can't get Bulldog companion

I recntly got the $29 Admiral's Bundle from Wal-Mart, I was able to claim all the items from the bundle but the Bulldog companion is not showing up with the rest of my companions. I have tried to exit the game and log back in but the Bulldog companion is still not showing with the rest of my companions.
