i was wondering how to complete bonnie anne's 2nd promotion, has been epic, go here, go there, talk to this and that, 16 pages worth on the quest info page , the page quest name "her majesty's secret service"

this seems to be the last thing needed,the clockwork marines in monte royale just keep coming and coming, bonnie anne keeps saying, there's too many of them, let's go to the docks!

anyone know what to do?
