Hello I was looking through the crown shop and I was wondering if the level 70 witchdoctor hat is a drop from anywhere in the game hopefully someone helps me with my question please and thank you.

Hi! from what i've seen the crown shop is the only place you can get it. If you're looking for a good hat for a witch without using crowns i suggest the ones dropped in the tower of moo manchu! Hope this helps!

If the lvl 70 henchman is wearing it, chances are Kane drops it
