When your account is accessed a number of times with an incorrect password, your account will "lock," and you'll have to unlock it to log into the game. Just follow the steps in the game launcher window and you'll be able to log in and continue.

We had an issue pop up over the weekend that kind of created a perfect storm of events that ended up in a number of locked out accounts. We've taken measures to take care of this and are continuing to look at the source of the problems.
