Make rooke drop his boots please!!

I'm just really disappointed that I can't wear a full rooke set I hav
e his hat outfit and axe on my Buccaneer but apparently he doesn't drop boots so what I'm saying is please make rooke drop his boots.

For time being, use the Armada Heavy Boots to mimic his. I've seen other players doing this.
