Mojo Echo and Improved Mojo Blast

you guys i KI claim that improved mojo echo works with improved mojo blast correct me if am wrong but from what i presume this means that when using mojo echo it is still supposed to hit everything it the blast radius. This i tell you Kingsisle is not happening. please do take this into consideration and proprely fix the bug this time thank you.

Mojo Echo does NOT hit every target again, and it is not supposed to.

It may hit the original target again.

Ok fine. so what did you all mean when you said you fixed a bug with improved mojo blast and mojo echo? am confused and quite frankly i don't entirely believe that.
