New Player survey?

Dear KI

I understand you focused tested and beta tested the game way back when, but don't you think it is time for a post launch Player Survey of actual active subscribers (not crown players, not free to play people)?

The game's been out a while now, would be nice to check in with the folks who are actually paying on a monthly or yearly basis to get some feedback that extends beyond the Message Boards (which anyone who has an account can access) or Facebook (which you access with just a free account).
