This ability is AWESOME! For those who don't know, Reckless Frenzy is a level 65 ability for buccaneers that allows them to attack until they miss, losing 5% of their health each time they hit. The attacks aren't just on one target, you will randomly hit any enemies around you. It is just what buccaneers needed to bring them up to par with other classes. Plus, it is affected by damage reduction abilities, including the absorb bubble from privateers.
Some people may think it is overpowered, and it may be. But compared to everything else buccaneers have, it is just a balancer. Don't change it at all (except for the bug where other enemies will disappear when you defeat one and you look like you are hitting nothing for a minute).
