Team Up Buoy - Get Help with Sinking Ships

What if each skyway had a Team Up Buoy where a pirate who needed help sinking their ships could sail up to it and hit "X" for Team Up and the Team Up Ledger then could show the Buoy as an option for those looking to help other players?
