I just wanted to say exactly how GREAT the KingsIsle customer service is! I was having a lot of trouble with my MB name (why, oh why, did I choose Ire for the stinkin' last name), so I sent an email to the community address. within twelve hours, I had received an email back and the good ol' folks down in Dallas got it all fixed up so I could have the name I wanted.
