Turn The "Nefarious Red Eyes" Into An Item

I wish I could wear a different badge while having the nefarious red eyes, so I propose that the eyes be turned into an eyepatch, but you would still get the red eyes if you did wear the badge, so you could have other "useful" eyepatches on still with the red eyes
