When sailing, you can hit Tab to go to Ship view and wander around or whatever. A few times now, I've done that to look at new gear I've gotten, but when I want to go back to sailing my ship, I can't. I hit Tab again and nothing happens, I run around and go back to the Steering position, but nothing comes up, hitting x doesn't do anything. I have to port to a Life Fountain, and then I can hit x to steer or leave the ship and go back to sailing, but then I have to sail back to where I originally was positioned.
