Valencia Problem (Bug)

Well when I am traveling to Valencia it willl show something in the very distance and when I try moving forward I am basicaly stuck there. It will also say that I am 86000+ away from my quest on the quest arrow.

It is working now, must have needed to load. I did have to go back and forth between there and Skull Island to get it to work.
