When Will Ship PVP Be Updated?

Awhile back Falmea said Kingsisle had been planning another Ship PVP update. Lately we haven't heard anything else about it and I wondered if we'll have to wait a few more months before it happens. Maybe Ki could give us an update on when that might happen. Now that the Wizard test realm has gone and gone maybe we can get a new test realm in Pirate.
