Can't remember quest.

So, I remember sinking some renegade ships in Haunted Sky with my Buccaneer, but when my other players came through, they didn't have to sink them. So, I was wondering, what quest said to sink those ships.

*P.S. Why are level 47 ships in a skyway full of levels 31-34 ships?
