Doubloons destroy special requirement fights

I have noticed some special requirement fights (general tso) can be broken with one doubloon. This makes hard boss battles luck based. General tso was destroyed when I used a knock back doubloon and I did the battle in two turns. What are some other battles that a doubloon could or has completed a special requirement that is meant to make a battle harder?
