So I just beat froggo villa and I glitched so i contacted support then turned off my game I have just gotten back on and now i have to do it all over again :[ is this a glitch or just how the game works?

It really depends on when the 'glitch' happens. If you are still in the dungeon then odds are it will not count it as completed. So doing it over is what needs to be done and to look on the bright side its more good stuff to sell and possibly a great boss drop . It is possible to contact customer support and tell them what happened and they may credit the quest for you.
