Film festivals and Music video contests

If you saw the Highlander Fox's post "actors needed" me and Griffin Devereaux are making a movie and I also thought there should be a film festival. Kingsisle can choose the winners. There should also be a building in the game where you can see movie premieres and more. Also there are music video contests in W101 around the time of September and October so they should do it in P101.
