i sent a bug report to kisupport about my situation yet they arent sending a single message back ( been days since i sent them a bug report )

why wont they help me
i just want to log on to pirate101 and be able to play
o well looks like i might have to cancle my membership to pirate101

hopefully kisupport helps me soon

my computer is 100% updated
so why cant i log in

and yes i tried one eye jack's suggestion ( yeah i dont think the music had to do with it cause i did a 100% mute from game settings on log in screen and on my computer ) and it didnt work ( he did say it wasnt optimal but i tried it and it failed )
