Level 70 Musketeer gear?

I'd like to know what gear I should be using for my Musk. Pretty simple.
and honestly its just not worth it to me.
Here's a simple list to copy paste to make your life easier.
1:Hat
2:Outfit
3:Boots
4:Weapons
5:Accessories
6:Totem
7:Charms
8:Rings
9:Pet
A few notes regarding these btw:
I am not interested in sniper shot. Its not t h a t useful and I have it already. I do not want any gear from Miranda, its a waste of time to me. If your going to suggest companions, I don't want any melee ones. Only ranged (musk and witch) companions.

On a side-note,I keep seeing a lot of high level witchdoctors (usually when fighting moo) with weak staffs. Why are they using staffs that don't deal alot of damage?

They were most likely using Phules wand, while i don't use it due to my playstyle being summons (nefarious staff), they would have a range of 7, meaning they can sometimes aoe hit from halfway on the board. (Witchdoctors excel in spellpower, not weapon power)
