I have heard that there is a Mooshu Mysitc badge that gives an Imperial Lion pet and I would like to learn how to get it.

The exact requirement are currently unknown to me (it was previously thought to be recieved by doing all side quests in Mooshu, but that has been proven incorrect). From what I can tell multiple side quests in Mooshu need to be completed and I know that A Time For Atonement (given by Master Hei Yu) is definitely one of those quests. If I could make a guess I would say that Howdy Pilgrimage is also a quest required for this badge.
