OOC simply means Out Of Character. We use it during roleplays to show when the ideas and comments are those of the writers not the roleplay characters.

It means Out Of Character. I've seen it used in many of the role playing threads to show that what follows is not part of the story, but is instead a side comment by the forum poster.
