Song reference?

So if you know the housing item from crown shop (Room divider: Organ) costs about 8000 gold and 1500 crowns. There are 2 songs, that can be heard. The first one is the ''main'' one. The second comes after the ''main'' one. I never heard them before, but could they be like some song references?

One of the songs seems to be similar to Bach's "Tocatta and Fugue in D minor".
