i keep beating red sash ships in cool ranch and i never get anything and also i am trying to promote sarah steele but i never get any cannons when i have beat like 20 rojo guards already and never got one

Are you at least getting the message saying that none dropped each time? If not, you may be fighting the wrong ships. If so, it is something KI needs to address!!
