Discipline, Call to Arm, Valor's Shield?

My privateer is level 25 in Cool Ranch. I have tried all 3 powers many times since I received them. If anything, they seem to improve the enemy's chance to hit / critical.

Especially Discipline, in Beta, the improvement was very obvious.

Another suggestion - I noticed that you have started a "frequent requested features" to eliminate multiple posts / requests. Would it make sense to create a "frequent requested fixes"? Not every bugs / issues, just the ones that players have been complaining about (ex. Gallant Defence).
