Inoshi bandit glitch

So im doing the quest to get a key from a inoshi bandit and I have battled 31 of them and I have not gotten a key this is a crazy bug and needs to be fixed.

It is not really a glitch, just a roll of the loot table dice. Here is another thread that discusses taking forever to get it to getting it in two fights.
