That's not a Renegade Monquistan!

I've noticed that on some of the Monquistan Navy ships I've fought that are Nautical Level 26 or higher, some of the Monquistan enemies I've fought are labled as Renegade Monquistans when they are normal Explorers and Crossbowmen.

Not sure if this is a glitch, but I thought it was strange.
