Traitor's cave

So I have noticed that you cannot teleport from Traitor's Cave to Skull Island, life fountain, etc. I have noticed that in other places and am wondering why that is because you aren't exactly behind a sigil and some of the places are a main point in the story where you go back and forth.

You can just walk out of that area and port from an area that will leave a mark for you.
