Are you referring to the current war? That's our fault; if you remember, we needed to find Mustang Sally to reunite her with El Toro ( by her father's request ). Unfortunately, Sally was imprisoned in Fort Elena. We had to rescue her and the only way to get her ( and Napoleguin ) out was by creating a distraction.
