Keep your personal information safe!

Your account safety should always be a high priority! Not only should you NEVER share your password with anyone (including KingsIsle), but you should also keep personal information safe, especially credit card numbers. Keep in mind that KingsIsle Support employees will never ask you for a whole credit card number, expiration date or pin code.

Let’s review some good practice measures:
  • KingsIsle Customer Support e-mail will always be an email sent from Kingsisle.com, Wizard101.com, or Pirate101.com – remember to roll over the sender’s address to make sure this is the correct email source. We will never email from gmail.com or any other site than our own.
  • Do not buy Gold, Crowns, Bundles or Subscriptions from any other site but www.wizard101.com or www.pirate101.com.
  • Do not share your account information with anyone! It doesn’t matter how good of a friend someone may be, once you share your password, your reputation and your wizard are at risk!
