Why Does PIrate101 Sometimes Crash?

Hey there. A lot of times Pirate101 stays normal and good, but sometimes (like today) Pirate101 crashes and says "A problem has occurred - Do you wish to report this error to KingsIsle?" and then says yes or no, but what's the reason for these crashes?
