Blast of Discord bug(Trainer)

I was questing on my Privateer to get the Repel boarders 2 talent, however when I went to train it, apparently you can now train blast of discord starting at level 58 ..... I suggest you fix this fast Kingsisle. Thank goodness there is a forum for these kind of bugs.
