I really like the Royal Guard, they really reinforce the other side of Valencia but sometimes their placemnt isn't right

Now it's not where they are placed but where the different tiers are placed

For example I see their highest tier just placed out in the streets and I am like what?! It doesn't look right, their look is very unqiue and doing this doesn't make them so amazing, if they were restricted to more higher tier duties for the higher tier it makes everything feel more real

Please consider my suggestion and demote some of the Royal Guards
