Blast of discord not working on stunned enemies

There were 4 enemies, clumped together and stunned due to vengeance strike 3. Next turn I use BOD and nothing happens?

As far as I know stun only prevents epics from triggering, and BOD doesnt allow epics to trigger to begin with...

Just wondering of it's a bug or if it's intended?

The stunned condition prevents you from attacking.

Really? Never noticed that... I was pretty sure you could attack but not trigger epics.

Thanks for the info I shall pay more attention to it :)
