Dream of the Blue Turtle

This is a quest in Subata skyway.

Has anybody done this quest?

It shows two areas the blue turtle is,
but when I go there all I see are regular flying turtles.

I'm wondering if this quest is similar to how
the white buffaloon quest use to be.

The turtles are all labeled the same but the color of the turtle is different there are blue ones and green ones just run into the blue ones and complete the quest. good luck

It was just a little confusing, with the name.
