mounts problems

i have enough crowns to buy a permanent mount (like the crocogator) but it has the lock on the right top corner.... it doesnt tell me why i can use it but all the mounts are locked for me. i am level 17 and i am a member. please help to figure out this problem!

Hi Looking at your character, it appears you were able to purchase your Crocogator. Congrats! Did you happen to find out what the problem was?
