I was trying to collect the egg for sister snake, but the quest arrow looked like that thing that says your membership is eaither expired or you don't have one. Luckily, I knew where the snakes were, but, after a few battles, I realized it wasn't even saying, "Did Not Collect Egg. Try Again" I tried logging out but that didn't work.

that isn't the problem. the problem is hat it's stuck like that and i can't fix it.
