Bat Masterson in Dusty Cave / Coopers Roost

my main quest led me to the cave for silver but to get my quest in the cave I need to talk to Bat Masterson, but when I click to talk to him the game stalls. I get locked in just staring at him and he won't tell me anything. the only way to get out is to go to pirate selection or log out and it is frustrating, and I need help.

this is an often problem if it takes more than a minute do pirate selection. if it does it even more log out then its this and finally emailing kingisle
