In the June newsletter the following choice words have been added
"A special something in mooshu for the higher level players "

Also in Mooshu a specific tower isn't accessable.
The same of which might be the tower in the May newsletter!

Something Nefarious is happening in a certain tower in Mooshu? What could it mean?

Well prepare to farm because my theory may be correct!
Perhaps this tower is a Waterwork type dungeon! (For non Wizard101 players, the Waterworks dungeon had special exclusive gear that was the best you can get. At the time it was released only the max level at the time aka 60 was able to go in)

One-Eye Jack do you think I got it :D or will you not say because that would be telling

Hmmmm. Absolute silence from OEJ, Mew or Ratbeard seems to indicate that you may be correct, Rachel.
We should plan a farming party when we find out when the Tower opens. Let's see if this tower really is as 'nefarious' as advertised!

Oh my goodness, do you realize how dangerous it is to imply that something may not be nefarious enough before Ratbeard is even finished with it Are you aware you may get his dander up and he may up the difficulty just to save face Be careful young dragonfly, It is not wise to annoy a tiger while his meal is still in his claws.

Yes, I have camped outside this tower waiting for it to open. I tried everything I could think of to gain entry. I knocked, I chanted, I even disguised myself as an encyclopedia salesman...nothing.

Have you tried selling Girl Scout Cookies or Krispy Kremes yet? They seem to always soften people up a bit and have proven to be quite successful at getting many a stubborn door to open. Maybe let one of those cute little Monquistan monkeys do the selling and persuading. If that doesn't work than I am surely at a loss....cause cuteness combined with cookies or donuts sure gets me every time.

Lol Very funny. Considering that it is in Mooshu, you might have better luck disguising yourself as a Ginsu Knife salesman.

In this case it just means that the subject line wasn't exactly shining the Rat Signal.

Did you try rubbing your tummy, patting your head, and hopping on one peg? All at the same time? That's been known to work.

Yes I thought about the Girl Scout Cookie ploy, but before I can make it to the front door...all my inventory is gone. I don't even want to talk about the Krispy Kreme fiasco.

Ok...I tried the tummy rubbing, head patting, hopping thing. I didn't get in, but I did make some new security guard friends as I was being escorted off the property.

The Girls Scout Cookies might be a bright idea, but I don't know about the Krispy Kremes. I for a fact, know of an entire country of people that snubbed their noses at Krispy Kremes. Seriously, the stores only lasted about a month up here before being closed down.

If we manage to do that last suggestion, would you give us a hint as to what it could be?

If so, I must amputate my left leg. Or my right leg.... Which leg?

To Ratbeard: a question about the Tower - Is this tower available to a free-to-play who has already purchased the area? or must I buy the dungeon also? How much will it be? ( If you can say ).

Well how about that Scarlet!

That must be why there are so many where I am located...a whole extra countries worth got rejected and redirected, right to my doorsteps! I personally would so much rather have a Dunkin Donuts glazed then a Krispy Kreme glazed, but DD doesn't do the fundraisers around here, so KK seemed more fitting for the purpose of my post.

Now that you mention it, I'm not really all that fond of the Girl Scout Cookies either, but my Grandma doesn't bake enough of her delicious assortment of cookies to sell them door to door.....plus, she's entirely too busy, what with all of the rock climbing and cliff diving she partakes in!

I hear you, I could never sell any edible desserts either! I'd either have to file for bankruptcy due to self-induced losses or would be on the run from more than the Armada!

Really? Where is this poor, benighted country that denied the absolute tasty delicacy of a Krispy Kreme?

Well Canadians had to have a glaring fault somewhere.
There is nothing like the bliss of a still warm, glazed Krispy Kreme.

So then Ratbeard (if you see this again) just for clarification exactly what does the Rat Signal look like? Is it along the lines of a large piece of fine artisan cheese? 'Cause ya know, I can get my hands on some very fine Oka cheese, still handcrafted by Quebecois Monks.

Eww....Eww.....Eww. No way, absolutely no. Donuts are supposed to be nice light airy baked bundles of happiness, not gross lard covered, oil dripping, soggy mounds of goo that melt to nothing when you try to eat one. You hands should never feel greasy after holding a donut, sticky sure, but never greasy.

Anyways, about this tower, has anyone tried hosting a nice BBQ on the lawn in front of the tower. I don't know many who can resist the wonderful smell of juciy steaks on the grill, or some nice frying porkchops or bacon ....

wait, on second though, perhaps a BBQ in Mooshu isn't the best idea...

A good "Rat Signal" post for Ratbeard would be one that is descriptive and specifically mentions a topic that he'd be interested in, such as "Question for Ratbeard Concerning the New Mooshu Tower."

Indeed. It would make a nice title for a new Ratbeard thread.
