Failed to Redeem

Whenever I try redeeming an item, it says failed to redeem. I tried redeeming multiple gifts in my gift window to make sure it wasn't just a problem with one. I noticed the problem about three or four days ago. Please help!

I'm sorry you are having this issue. It may help to switch characters, then switch back and try again.

i saw that problem its easy to fix. all you have to do is log out and back in,then when your in the game just redeem.easy as that.
