Why only Witch Powers?

I was just wondering, why are only WD powers like Purge Magic and Stygian Chorus the only level 55+ powers that is available on gear? I don't know of any level 55+ powers from other classes on gear.

I just want to ask, why only WD powers? And if I'm wrong and just missed some level 55+ power gear, would you please tell me what they are?
