were is heavy armor one kingsisle?

I have been looking for heavy armor one since I got to mooshu and I cant find it anywere I looked at all the trainers and they don't have I know mordeikai has it but its only for bucaner and how is that fair most of the armor in mooshu needs heavy armor one.

Heavy Armor is a specialty of the Buccaneer class. Privateers can also train this talent. What is your class? Musketeer, Witchdoctor or Swashbuckler? These classes can't train Heavy Armor due to their restrictions.
