Membership extend O.o wha

So I bought my member ship 2 months ago and for some reason it was extended I got a one month membership my membership on 10/15 it extended from their and when the membership was supposed to end, the membership went to 11/15, I just thought that their was maintenance happening so i just rolled with it. could someone at ki pls or someone tell me what has happened I am a good player I have never done Anything wrong pls don't band me Today the membership was to end but it is now saying 12/15
