How many bric-a-brac elixirs can be used on house?

I have been trying to find out how many bric-a-brac elixirs can be used on the outside of my home.
I am hoping I can make 300 house spots or more.

On W101 I know you can use 2 x bric-a-brac elixirs. I am just making sure on P101 can use the same or more before I try it.

You can purchase 2 and increase the item space in your home to 300.
