Can't get my promotion quests..

I am a level 16 and have recently viewed a post on pirate 101 central that has all the companions promos on it. I realized that I never got Louis De Bisque and Wing Chung's promo. Does anyone know why this is?

To get any of the Companion Promotion Quests, the Companion must be at the correct level which is usually not your level. Since we don't know what the levels are of your Louis de Bisque or Wing Chung, we can't comment on what the problem might be. It sounds like the Promotion Quests are working OK since you don't mention Bonnie Anne's Promotion Quest which occurs when SHE reaches level 8.
