can you buy henchmen in pvp and is it unfair?

last night i was doing a dungeon and i bought some henchmen to help me. and after that the thought just got inside my head. is it unfair to buy henchmen and pvp matches. my opinion is that it is, because if your health is like 4 and you are buying a lvl 65 privateer that's just playing dirty. it's just like getting a mojo potion in the middle of a match. but then it's my opinion i don't about you and your friends.

You can't buy henchmans in pvp battle it is locked nor you can't buy a mojo potion either.
