I have an idea. If some weaker leveled people who are members don't have a windstone to access a particular world, they could pay 2000 gold per use of the stormgate. If people want to view more advanced worlds like Aquila. They could pay 3500 gold.

but that would mean you could cheat your way into Valencia through Port Regal skyway but i Agree just to have a look around would be cool
